Latarsha Sanders - same county, same judge. Diagnosed schizophrenic, murdered her two children and received 2 life sentences in prison. Not a mental institution. Prison.

And she gets a new trial because the Supreme Judicial Court ruled that Sanders didn’t get a fair trial because the trial judge erred in excluding her post-arrest medical records.

i mean, in a sense all mass murderers are crazy, if you can´t put crazies in prison then all the worse crimes would be in mental institutions instead of prison
