Edit: I forgot to add the brand name! Sorry!! They're originally a Chinese brand weirdly, but now made everywhere. They kept the original name, so they're called Guangna Acrylic Brush Markers. They're not expensive either which is great, but super great quality!

I've been sad for quite a while, but this really made me forget my sadness for a little while!

Here taking my first physical in probably over 10 years. Things have been rough with the recent loss of my dog Bubbles but ive been holding to my routine. I am hoping to reach below 300 before the end of the year. Its probably been over 10 yeara since that happened for me too.

Edit: A couple people asked so I might as well put up here too. I do intermittent fasting, i fast for 18-20 hours a day. Usualy 20 on the weekends. I plan it so i break on my lunch at work and then eat dinner when i get off. Other then that sparkling water for fasting to not feel as hungry.

Also while im at it this would be a good place to ask about it. My wife is looking to start her weight loss Journey as well but intermittent fasting was not working for her. I've been looking at glp-1 but the market is all over the place and a lot of the pricing is frankly out of my budget. Does anyone have any good tips on ones that work and don't cost a fortune?
