Did he died? It was like 16 full strength swings when he was already out cold on the pavement, against the pavement. That has to be brain damage. Based upon that breathing at the end he may be dying

Yeah that was fucking brutal as shit.

Why the hell would you ever want to play these games? Oh right, to gain influencer status. Jesus Christ🤦🏻

AI claimed it was all staged and fake. So maybe he's alive

He’s a TikTok influencer. Was there a brain to be damaged?

Don’t get me wrong fuck that guy but have some fucking empathy, dude could be dead over something not worth murdering someone over

1

u/ListenToKyuss 15h ago

Did you see the /j?

Not that it’s your business but I’m a very empathic person, with also the principle that humor should have no bounds.

Also, my joke was out of place but ‘don’t get me wrong, fuck that guy’ is your answer at being empathic? Lmao

Someone with empathy doesn’t joke about attempted murder

You can be emphatic and have a sense of humor. The two are not exclusive sweety

1) it wouldn't be murder. Manslaughter maybe, but a good attorney is going to present that this guy's life was clearly in danger and that the entire situation was the dead guys fault.

2) if someone violently lashes out at you, for a joke or not, you don't owe that person an ounce of empathy. (Empathy is the ability to understand and share the feelings of another person.) In this case, those feelings are "convince this person I'm going to hit them" so I'd actually agree that beating his face through the pavement is the most empathetic thing you could have done. I agree, a joke is not worth losing your life over, but the guy youre calling a murderer is not responsible for the situation.

Really? You think him wailing on the guy after he was unconscious would only get him a manslaughter charge?

1

u/Intrepid_Cap1242 13h ago

that's kinda the definition of manslaughter.

BTW, this is supposedly a stage pretend video anyway. I choose to believe that rather than knowing I just watched someone die

u/beavertr 14h ago

With a good attorney probably not even that. It's not murder by any stretch of the imagination unless there's more to this than what the video shows.

What makes you say he's unconscious? Were you there? You have a better video? Only time I see someone unconscious in this video is after the guy walks away

There’s a reason the world is so violent these days, it’s people like you

1

u/beavertr 1h ago

Yep. I'm just a walking doormat for people to "prank" by threatening violence against me....

Here's some empathy which you so clearly lack but expect everyone else to have: I hope you never have to understand why I'm that way, but, if not, when you get brutally attacked by a group of strangers one day I hope you remember this comment and come back to admit you were wrong.

Are you kidding? Let's say the "prankster" was mentally challenged and was just playing around, does that mean he should be murdered?

The first punch I can see a judge agreeing with you. The 25 punches after, when the guy was clearly not posing a threat whatsoever, laying on concrete, not moving.. yeah, he's going away for a long time.

1

u/beavertr 51m ago

Define murder because I really don't think you understand the words you're trying to use.

Show me 25 punches because I don't see that many at all. Show me he's not moving because I definitely still see him moving. Show me how you know he's mentally handicapt and how the guy defending himself was supposed to know and assess that in the seconds he had to defend himself when some stranger was lunging at him to attack. Show me any of these hypotheticals you're making up and I'll agree, but I'm speaking to facts based on the video, not your wild "what if's"

You can lie and make up things all you want but that's not how a courtroom works lil bro.

there was nothing there to suggest that the guy's life "was clearly in danger". Moreover, the puncher kept hitting after the guy was out cold. Any perceived danger was clearly over at that point. The 'fight' was over. You need to stop hitting then. Self-defense is no longer on the table.

Somebody lunges threateningly at you and your life is in danger if you feel that it is. Full stop. It doesn't matter that the little wannabe thug was "joking", he threatened someone and they used appropriate force to protect themselves.

If you feel so strongly otherwise, I suggest you don't attempt this "prank". Or do, and report back how it went for you being that you're so confident the victim here was in the wrong.

I'll say like I've already said, there isn't one shred of proof that guy was "out cold" and still getting hit. Why do you care so much for them that you're really trying to argue it's okay to threaten someone but it's not okay to defend yourself? You pull this kinda prank too and are scared of the repercussions?

You’re lame

u/beavertr 14h ago

Okay shit face

Kinda hard to be empathetic when I can not IMAGINE acting like I'm about to jump a complete stranger as a "prank." You say it's "not worth murdering someone over," but that unduly presses culpability onto someone who was minding his own business before being menaced and threatened by a random with vague intentions. That's a situation I can be empathetic to.

Maybe ol' Resident Sleeper should have thought "is this worth getting killed over?" considering he was the party with full knowledge of the nature of the situation.

1

u/AlKhurjavi 8h ago

So every jumpy movement justifies murder in your eyes

0

u/Strainedgoals 6h ago

Counter point, if the "prankster" had actually did what he was implying, sucker punch from behind, that IS attempted murder.

Victim here is defending him self from attempted murder, appropriate response is to make sure the person trying to kill you cannot.

I'm asking the same question I want to know if it was before or after.
