I’m pretty sure the intent is to get into the wheelchair in time so that if they get attacked, it looks like someone beating a disabled person.

But it’s still not thought out well regardless.

I appreciate the poetic justice of the "prankster" probably requiring a wheelchair now after being made into an instant vegetable by that gentleman.
