well sure yes, im also happy with the gender ratio and tsaritsa's design is quite nice, i really like her! but still, id keep expectations for literally anything to be pretty low so u dont end up disappointed later

Noelle does have a "long" skirt but hers is above knee length. I should've clarified earlier that I want to see a character that has below knee length dress without slit
Here's hoping it's not like Raiden where to this day her 2D banner art makes her look like she has a complete skirt, but the 3D model has the infamous coochie flap with her underwear showing.

There is fanservice but its not sexual. I could understand it if also female characters were more modest but they arent, just look at Lauma and Escoffier. So why men are always covered up from head to toe? Last actually sexualized tall male we got was Alhaitham showing off his abs. Can they even try to make them sexier? HSR is doing so much better lol
Ikr it's the same design formula being recycled again and again . Some folks say "it's a gacha game , ofc there will be fanservice" while forgetting that the same desgins being recycled again and again is a lazy attempt for fanservice. HSR I don't play that much but I often look out what characters they release , the designs for the female characters is better than whatever we are getting .
Well I think the tsaritsa has a pretty good design despite having exposed skin . At least to me it's the best design among the tall female archons

Tbh I don't really vibe with any of the new character's designs, neither male or female. It's like I've already seen these designs a thousand times before, so it's all just bland and played too safe for me
With how flowey her fabric is, she could potentially wear her flashback gown (or similar) as the default, and then her ult transforms to this like a battle stance
they aren't always terrible though if they actually work well with the overall outfit. there's still hope considering how much the rest of her design eats
And bare shoulders. Danica's top half was really good with closed shoulders... the bottom half though....like why??
All female characters revealed in the PV have bare shoulder/strapless top (except Danica) and very short skirt/flap.. I'm honestly tired of it. I don't expect much from their outfit design anymore if these are all they can deliver. Saves me a good money.
the shoulders on the tsaritsa bother me a bit less, since a lot of official images of tsarina alexandra feodorovna (last tsarina of russia) have her wearing dresses with a similar neckline, plus the tsaritsa herself has a lot of elsa vibes. the short skirt still sucks though.

what's hoyos obsession with miniskirts and detached sleeves? like seriously, it feels so copy paste with how every other female character follows this design pattern.
Very non-soviet/slavic. Kinda disappointing tbh. Also just feels very generic. Sovetsky Soyuz from Azur Lane combined the Fatui and IceQueen design inspirations better than her.
Especially being an elf, this looks more like a character i would expect to appear in an extra-region Snezh, but not as the Tsar.
