Has there been a time where weapons are not revealed in the livestream but they're actually going to be released for the next patch? They're in beta and with lore already added too so I don't know why they did not show them, that's just like 10 seconds more when they've already yapped about the new characters for 15 minutes straight...

I really hope that that's the case, they're one of the things I'm looking forward to in 7.1. It's just weird, all the past livestreams from 3.x to 6.x revealed new regional weapon series alongside the new sig weapons.

I never have the chance to pull limited 4 star gacha weapons because all of them are not in the weapon banner i want lol.

same kinda but like you can do a few 10 pulls if youre feeling a lil risky and you have low pity on the wep banner. def wont get you to R5 but R1 should be doable, maybe even R2/R3 if lucky?? and the sword and catalyst this time are very good for vesna/odette/yae/mizuki/wrio

Nah you will get flamed on why you pulling a banner you dont want, either pulling for refinements or pity building reason will save you. (Nah but honestly pity building is a crime)
