Haha yes. There will be a lot of borking involved.
I grew up with a corgi and as soon as I found out vallhunds existed, I knew I wanted one. It took 20 or so years for the time to be right. I still hadn't met one though. Then one day I was riding my bike in town and I passed someone walking two of them. I turned around so fast and probably seemed completely bonkers as I fawned over them.

Huh, im learning new things!
"Vallhund" is just herding dog in swedish, covers all breeds that herds... There is a "Svensk vallhund" which Im guessing this is, but we call it Västgötaspets usually. Spets = spitz
I had no idea english speakers call these "vallhund". I mean, they are.. but so are collies, sheepdogs and so on too!

Sometimes when someone asks what breed she is and I don't feel like getting into a long conversation or having them say "Swedish what?" I just say "Swedish Cattledog".

Last year for Christmas, my wife and I unknowingly bought each other frozen drink makers.
It's cool because now we can have frozen margaritas and frozen espresso martinis on tap at the same time.

Yum. I work at a pool bar and we do “froze” with those also. Very very popular frozen rosé -sounds gross but you pick the right one w/ the right recipe that’s not sweet- add a little elder flower (the rest of my recipe is secret I signed a hotel NDA 😂)

Absolutely delightful fish! I call them “snuffles” because they always seem to move their little “mustaches” when they eat. And the tortoise is a Galapagos, right?
I love that, having a collection of those style shirts with all my favorite animals would be ideal wardrobe.

Haha Snuffles. He refers to them as tiny aquatic Boston Terriers.
I think the bottom two tortoises are Aldabras and the the top one is a Galapagos. There's some creative license happening. :)

Obsessed with your vallhund. That’s my dream dog! I have had 9 corgis, currently have 5. I’ve never even seen a vallhund in person and would have the same reaction you said you had in another comment :)

Hey! My spouse and I are also only 3 days apart. It's kind of funny because I was up late last night wondering about how uncommon it is for married people to have birthdays within a week of each other. I suppose it's not that rare!

Super cute. Similar thing happened to me like 8 years ago. Hubby and I have birthdays 1 day apart. I got him an EVE online art book and he got me a Sea of Thieves art book. Same size and everything. Was so funny.
