You wouldnt be able to. Its common enough (and even protocol at some hospitals) to fall within standard practice. Plus you need actual harm to occur to sue.

I doubt the physician/institution who made the YouTube video is saying to remove the eyes for a cough

I love when someone says they found a nail in their taco what should they do. And someone replies oh youre rich. Sue them.

What damages are you suing for? Sure if you ate the nail and tore your throat and needed surgery.

But otherwise all you will get is a free taco.
