In Europe, we have to actually go to 4 years of university and get a job.

We tried that, but then we just started talking about how great it would be to get hit by on-campus transportation so we could sue

The job of lawsuit? 4 years in the US just equates to a lifetime of debt unless you do 4 more years and practically work for free another 2. There are a some medical professions that are less, but often highly competitive.

TBF Lawsuits were some one is magically set for life. Usually means they are also crippled for life. Monetary portions typically are met to cover legal fees, and cost of past, current, and future treatments of some one. IE lets say your crippled for life, otherwise would been healthy to work. You could be given a million, but the idea is that person most likely can never hold a job again and so to make it right. Your basically paying their life salary.

Getting legal fees is actually pretty rare. People aren’t walking away from your typical lawsuit rich. Most people don’t even break even.
