I hope not always. I have three different, unrelated chronical diseases. A mechanic would just throw me away i think.

Have you seen a mechanic's back (or even front) yard? They don't throw shit away lol. I'm in HVAC/R and the customer has to want a new system or it has to be literally unrepairable before I actually condemn one (I don't work for companies where I'm a salesman before I'm a tech) and I know a lot of mechanics who operate the same way. They see it as an affront to their skills if they have to throw in the towel.

Sometimes when I see videos of surgery and see the doctors really have to put some elbow grease into it it really does seem like that. Flesh mechanics
