Did she get in trouble for filming? Most hospitals outright ban video and photography.
Also your doctor looking something up to double check something is normal and preferred over someone who is confidently wrong

Exactly this! Too many times they think they know and are wrong, but this is actually a good doctor who knows they don't and is willing to learn.

Absolutely. In the past it was normal for a physician to open a textbook when they encountered something they didn’t see frequently. Nowadays looking this up on the internet/Youtube is more efficient. Normal due diligence.

I literally watch colleagues do something (on video sure yes) before I do something I haven’t done in a while. Also why I asked the lady who did my last LP how many she does a week lol

Pretty shitty of the person filming to publicly shame her doctor for doing the right thing if this is what's happening. Medical professionals cannot be expected to remember every detail of every condition in existence. I would definitely rather mine double check than just wing it..
