They were all pre-cut and queued so when he felled the last one it would tip them all like dominoes.

When you fall trees sometimes they can get stuck in the branches of other trees and that holds them up. Effectively a bunch of trees were being held up like legs on a table.

Dude guy finally put enough weight on them they all fell over on queue.

That's just the echo and the sound the trees are making from the vibrations. It would be extremely unsafe to have another person there even if it was for a stupid video. This looks professionally done. OP said in another comment the expectation was that the tree being hit would fall and cause the others to fall in the same way, but the tree closest on the other side went down before the one being hit. They're all pre-cut on purpose.

No it’s not. This is a common practice, where they pre-cut a line of trees, and then let the final one fall, and knock the others down like dominoes. It’s just that here, the second-to-last one fell before the guy could finish. No AI needed.
