Both actaually! but that's because it's a super good peice of music to dance to for a lot of reasons . 

One  of the things that I really loved about West Coast swing was how you could dance it to so much pop and hip hop and common music that you don't really have the ability to dance to with lots of other styles of dance.

 it also means when you end up with some really cool music that have nice little areas or interesting hits you can play with, nice strong rhythms and beats, start quickly from the beginning without huge annoying intros that take 30 seconds, etc then lots of dancers end up listening to and reusing those songs a lot because they're just super fun, so you'll end up dancing to the same songs a lot as everyone requests them. in fact, before I saw your comment, I went to find and download this and add it into my WCS folder on the phone 🤣
