If it were just the jacket or whatnot fine but the underwear is making this whole thing look sketchy. I’d want to report to a non emergency line. Especially if random crap laying around isn’t typical for the area.

Someone emptied a little girls backpack. My daughter wore basically identical shit to preschool and has the same crappy harmonica.
