It's not weird though. It's just a backscratcher, with a cat face.

Edit: Since mods wanted to delete his definition from Merriam Webster🤣 I'll break it down how it doesn't even fit the definition -

"Whether you bring up the definition or not🤣 It's not strange. It's a cat that looks stupid. If it looked strange, would have a 3rd eye, or not look like a cat. And extraordinary character in this instance would mean it has qualities that go far beyond what is to be expected for a cat...

We can all still tell this is a cat. And it's a mix of a backscratcher. So there is literally nothing weird about this. Both portions, do not have extraordinary character. This isn't the end all be all of backscratcher and not the Cthulhu of Cats. They both serve their purpose aptly."

It isn't. It is 1000% fucking awesome and adorable and I am currently searching for one of my own.
