I think im too european to understand what is going on here How does zone planning change the status of the homeless. Does america have a no feeding the homeless zone, like our no feeding the seagulls ? Worth saying that 99.9% of the time these stories are hiding that the person feeding the homeless was doing so irresponsibly, was given an opportunity to do it responsibly, but declined.
If this was really an instance of "fuck you for being kind and feeding those who need it" which isn't impossible, it would only be the second time I've ever seen it.

No, safety is a genuine concern in (as I said) almost every case like this. As I said, very clearly, in almost all cases, the person being fined was given a chance to do so responsibly but declined.
Kind of fucked up you care so little about homeless people that you think the safety standards should just be totally disregarded, even when we can and do give very easy paths for the kindhearted to follow those safety standards. But nah, you're just like "fuck em they're homeless people, they should be grateful for whatever we give them."

So the priest was doing what Christians are actually meant to do. And gets penalized for it.
Capitalism completely opposes everything that Christianity, and most religions, are meant to follow.
