Galactus disapproves of this planet and sends it back to the kitchen! Art by me
I figure that if you were eternally hungry, you might look a little out of sorts. Pen and ink on bristol with a little Photoshop tweaking (I might just change back to linework only)

Batman 493 homage
Batman 493 is my most memorable cover I remember owning from when I was a kid, decided to do a Mashup homage cover with another favorite character spawn. Between working 40 hr and week and 3 kids ive been trying to find the time to get back to drawing more.

Allo! This is one of the covers to my new sci-fi book FLUNG, released by Stardog on August 26th -- it's a story about a man thrown to the very edge of space, reality and his own sanity. How do you survive in a universe that never meant to keep you alive in the first place? FLUNG is on Webtoons, Tapas, GlobalComix and in widescreen Epic Format at www.stardog.tv!

The Greatest American Hero #1C by David Mack — character through pose and composition
Disclosure: I work on The Greatest American Hero project as a consultant. The cover art here is by David Mack.
What catches my eye is the tension between the circular framing and Ralph’s off-balance pose. The loose colour washes give it movement, while the red suit keeps the character readable. It feels appropriate for a superhero whose appeal includes being a little out of his depth.
From a communication perspective, that is a useful thing to look for in a cover: can the pose tell a new reader something about the character before they know the premise?
This is cover #1C, as credited on AMP Comics’ public page, which also shows the other covers: https://www.ampcomics.com/greatestamericanhero
Which part does more of the storytelling for you here: the pose, the framing, or the colour?
