I say this all the time.

I had a design meeting recently with a big wig donor. I saw a design come up and in my head I'm like "OMG its a dick, why are they showing the donor a dick!!!" This big wig donor lady on a call with mostly men said, "I think this option looks phallic, lets see the others." She is so much more mature than me and I want to be her when I grow up. More people need to just outright say when something looks phallic during design meetings.
