If you’re going around doing this at schools, you gotta bring something that cat can get some grip on. Rubber mat or something. You never know what floor you’re gonna end up dealing with.

Yeah, icm thinking the cat knew it had a routine it was expected to perform, but was trying to gauge it it could get enough grip to do so on that slick surface.
