Idk about that. But doa itself had its own physics engine settings for the breasts. No joke, look up YouTube videos it was some crazy shit back then for a teenage boy. Lots of laughs were had at how massively unrealistic they looked on the highest floppy setting

One deck builder that won't work- Rungore.
It is real time, and a solid play. Except for the hard mode that has you do the whole campaign in one life, which gets so crazy it'll crash before you beat it.

ehhhh playing DOS2 one handed is a little frustrating when it comes to environmental hazards. by the time you go "oh shit i need to turn on turn based mode" and moved your mouse, you've taken a lot of damage. Versus constantly having your off hand on the hotkey BECAUSE IT CAN HAPPEN AT ANY MOMENT GODDAMNIT
BG3 is a lot better for this imo.

I injured my left hand a few weeks ago, and Vampire Survivors was basically the only game I could play. I finished getting all the achievements yesterday just as my left hand has recovered. Great game and gameplay concept.

Earthbound on SNES allows you to do everything with the D-pad, L-button and Start/Select.
Really a lot on emulators if you just map the important buttons to L1/L2/Start/Select.

Forgot if the more modern games do it or not, but from gameboy advance to ds series of pokemon games I believe they have an option where you can make the L button function as an A button, so I constantly play em with just my left hand!

If you got a Nintendo Switch you could play Pokemon lets Go eevee/Pikachu. For PC here are many Clicker/incremental games that would work. Also Games like Anno and CIV should be possible but i haven't played them in a long time.

Many WASD games are still open to you. Some would be easier if you had a second hand to hit other controls or a mouse, but some games are WASD plus left hand shift/ctrl/space only.

The classic. Ricochet Xtreme. When you beat it, it tells you to play it again with your other hand.
Also Hammerfight.
And just some ideas from the top of my head:
Paradox strategies.
Emulate Old jrpgs, pokemon romhacks set up wasd and qezxc as controls.
Super meat boy and similar protformers.
Classic Roguelikes like Brogue CE and Dungeon crawl stome soup. Maybe Caves of Qud, Cataclysm DDA.

Lots of Wii games are playable with just the remote, amounts of waggle required varies of course. If you don't mind spending a bit of cash there were some one handed controllers for psx that would work well with anything not too action oriented.

Sorry about your right hand. There's a whole genre of games you should be able to play with just your left hand, but they're not as enjoyable without your right.

I broke my right wrist last year. Slay the Spire carried me through it.
Bind your end turn button to a left side key and play with mouse clicks on the cards. Works for any deckbuilder or turn based stuff like Civ. You keep all inputs on one side of the keyboard and never reach over.

the original earthbound, on SNES, i'm serious, it had a peculiar accessibility feature where the entire game can be played with the D-pad, L and select button
L button is universal confirm/interact, select is open menu/cancel, nothing else is needed
also there's a fair few fun rom hacks, "bound to the dark world" is a deltarune chapter 1 demake which is fairly novel

Any game you want (assuming you use a controller), as a disabled gamer (right hemiplegia cerebral palsy), this is how I do my daily gaming. Feel free to give it a shot.
Controller on lap.
Left index finger handles right trigger AND right trigger button
Right pinky handles left trigger and left trigger button
Left thumb handles A B X Y buttons AND “control stick” (on an Xbox layout it’s the bottom right stick next to D Pad).
Left thumb handles start/select/home button (Xbox button, PS button, Switch home button). Of course these are as needed.
There ya go. Happy gaming! :)
I figured out this method myself, GameCube, Xbox, Switch, any console as long as it’s official or 3rd party controllers have an off-set stick setup (AKA “Xbox layout”).

The original Kirby AirRiders for GameCube. Turn is left joystick, and brake/boost is the left trigger (or the A button, but that's irrelevant for you). Great for when you're hand is broken or, in my case, passing a joint around.

If you get used to using the mouse with your left hand, you could play Baldur's Gate 3 without too many problems.
And if you've already played BG3, maybe check out Divinity: Original Sin 2, Larian's previous game before BG3. I won't tell you it's as good as BG3, it isn't, but it's still got a lot going for it and it's the same type of turn-based tactical game.

Might also be worth checking the control settings in games you already own. If they let you fully remap controls, you may be able to move the important actions to buttons you can comfortably reach with your left hand. Turn-based games are probably your safest bet too since there’s no pressure to react quickly. Hope your hand heals soon!

I would say look into turn based games. Lots of options on Switch and PC that you can edit the controls and play one handed. I played through the re-release of Pokémon FR/LG completely one handed and fucking loveddddd how comfy it was with just one joycon! Wii Sports also lol!

Possibly the Rift Wizard series? It only really takes a mouse to play if you're patient, with a keyboard for some menu hotkeys. Turn based, so you've got plenty of time.

Controller, and remapping buttons to the left side, will let you play most any turn order game
I've mapped Confirm to RB and Cancel to Trigger, you can still use the joystick and dpad, so you can get through a lot of turn based games
Even easier with steams remapping, you can turn buttons into your own hotlist wheel
I've played rimworld with a steam controller and a much of bindings mapped to just the left half

I was in the same situation 20 years ago. I ended up playing a lot of Gran Turismo.
Usually racing games allow for button mapping, and you can assign accelerate/brake to one side. You might not be able to do manual gear shifts, but it's something.
