I saw a video about him. That little girl in his arms in the first photo was given a MAX of two months to live when he took her in at 6 weeks old. In his care, she lived until she was 9

Likely cuz fostering kids (orphans, uncared for kids, or kids that require help, etc.) Is considered charity (zakat) and an extremely good deed in Islam so one might assume he's a muslim (of course I do not know if he is a muslim or not I am only giving a reason for why one may assume as such)

Mohammed is a Muslim name. It would be like naming your kid Jesus. And it's a nice reminder that Muslims are just people like anyone else and they (billions of people) should not be defined by a minority of crazy extremists. I'm concerned about your instant suspicion just because the other person said he might be Muslim. Check your bias. The fact the he's helping so many children shouldn't be forgotten just because of his religion. Charity is one of the 5 pillars of being a good Muslim person.

I couldn't imagine caring for one such child, knowing the child wouldn't have long to live, the emotional stress it would cause would be too much for me even if I knew I would the child would be loved and cared for. But over 80 kids? By the gods, how does he do it?

There's nothing obvious about it. I know it's not the case of this particular guy, but there were many cases of people taking in fosters just because of the money that come with it (don't know how it's in USA, but usually you get government help for every foster kid you take in) and the kids were then neglected or downright abused. So while quite tone deaf (since this particular guy is legit and has a heart of gold, confirmed), I think it's good that there are people who doubt, because doubt means someone is willing to look under the surface. After all, OP didn't provide any reasonable source.

Yea he was probably trying to do terrorism mixed with sharia law on those kids. Like that zahrem mahdani dude that gave a PEN to a woman who gave it to a dude who was the legal lawyer of a terrorist. Yep i got them. They all tryna do sharia law in here.
