It is apparent that it is staged to make a video of the girl and her ride home that anybody who knows how to cut digital video together could make.

I don’t think the creator was trying to imply that this was a single continuous candid moment someone happened to capture at random.

This is probably from either the show Old Enough or a show like it, where it films real kids in Asian countries doing jobs like going shopping and stuff by themselves. In which case, they had a bunch of cameras already set up.
