Colin Cowherd really went there. He called Sophie Cunningham the WNBA’s “sex symbol.” That’s definitely a bold way to put it but I can see why this take is getting attention.

Sports reporting is all gooners now, a couple months ago I saw an espn spot with some lady wrestler and they had her call out who she thought her hottest coworkers were. Fuckin weird
Not just a guy that's attracted. It's his network putting out Sophie's new, improved podcast. I guarantee this was all discussed before the "interview". I would actually call this more of a publicity blitz for that pod.
Er…. It’s not just looks. Lol. Her attitude, expressions, style, pointing etc etc make her very attractive. And she has runway model looks, but that’s irrelevant to being a sex symbol.

Shes Just being herself. Maybe if other players had an actual personality they might build a following outside basketball. Sophie being tall blonde and pretty is just part of her popularity. I dont see Cameron Brink going viral for much and she's much more connected to Hollywood than sophie ever has been.
She initially went viral for being a good teammate to caitlin clark. So she was literally just doing her job. She is very good at social media. She knows what people like. She doesnt take herself seriously and has little filter. She is just likeable. And on a more serious note she has a moral backbone and integrity and that has gained her huge respect. She didnt care that she would lose fans or sponsorships or even jeopardise her job with the wnba .. she refused to back down or apologise like im sure 99.999% players would have on the advice of managers

She is average. Pretty is like an 8 and above. Her face is not a universal, 8. I can walk in any Target and see women better looking in the face. And Men don’t care she is tall or blonde, to be a sex symbol. Height and hair color aren’t really important all like that. And hotter WNBA Players do have good personalities, they just aren’t as obnoxious and controversial as SC. That’s it.
4.3 million disagree. Its hilarious to me that other players and their fans get so bitter towards Sophie's success... why cant they use their hustle to build their careers off the court?

Angel Reese to me is a bigger sex symbol Asia Wilson as well and some of the other ladies now don't get me wrong Sophie is very hot very sexy but you got to admit Angel Reese she may have the the shooting issue and not be the player that everyone hypes her to be but she's a remarkably attractive woman great body beautiful face big eyes great complexion and engaging. Asia Wilson I I think is a very attractive woman but I don't like her personality that much. She's got a complex of some sort where she can't seem to get rid of that chip on her shoulder. And that's a great thing to have professionally but with personal and public interactions lighten up

He was with ESPN up until Fox gave him a big contract. He was not cancelled. He left ESPN and started at Fox two weeks later. Him and ESPN decided he wouldn’t be at the network anymore but that was legit two weeks before he started at Fox.
