Presidents don't pass laws. And acting like there is no difference is what the right wants you to think. Both Obama and Biden put in good policies for the middle and lower classes. Obamacare is good and has been expanding until Trump. Union protections have been pushed by the left and quashed by the right. Lower taxes for the rich doesn't seem like it hurts the middle class and lower class, but it does in terms of cuts to programs and it hurts them long term.
