I watched some show years ago (maybe it was a mentalist thing) where they analyze body language and one of the first things they did is show a video of two people eating together in a restaurant. At first glance it looks super awkward with lack of eye contact and lots of looking away, not a lot of smiling. It looks like the people either don’t know each other and are awkward or maybe there’s a bit of tension. Nope, it was like a brother and sister eating comfortably and contentedly together. The point was to show that normal people are terrible at interpreting body language by observing others interact. Same thing here, this isn’t her being cornered and forced to listen or something, she seems like she is listening normally

her expression of kinda listening but not engaging with him at all, his gestures, his facial expressions, that face he makes at the end, where he's raised his shoulders and his eyebrows, and his hand is now raised higher and he's making a point with it, not just the movement of scooping away from himself, but actively raising and pushing what he's saying with his hand. He's just explained something to her that she's not interested in but she's being polite about it and at the end, the body language says that he's now asserted that he was right and the other person was wrong and he's physically pushing his "correct fact" onto whoever he's talking about.

The 30-love was a joke, but the body language is not. He's explaining something that she doesn't care about and he's physically convincing her and the world and whoever he's talking about, that he is correct and that's his hill to die on.
