I believe it's swing dancing. I'm also hoping that it's improvised swing dancing. In some swing dance competitions they have improvised dancing with random partners, meaning that these two wouldn't have planned out any of this beforehand.

It’s west coast swing. Their whole dance is improvised. This couple is actually engaged, so they aren’t random partners.

Yeah from watching it again, I think only that moment was planned, the rest is improv. I dance East Coast Swing - didn't quite recognize the Westie style!

That's how all of improv works more or less. There are "moves" you and everyone knowing the dance knows and you stitch them together at random. These two just sometimes make up their own goofy moves they work into their routines.

Not really a style I think, it's a western pop song, but they're doing a improvised salsa/mamba/cumbia style dancing
