edit: to everyone saying “watch mojo was good?” I mainly thought everyone used to like it I never really said that I enjoyed watching it i just couldn’t find anything else the rest of them I did use to enjoy

This is only a very small portion of what I saw. Out of the around 30 vendors at least 20 of them were selling drop shipped squishes or 3D printed garbage. I got some food from the only food truck without an AI sign and left.

I prefer my steak well done, and apparently that’s enough to offend half the population. Every time I order a steak well done, somebody has something to say about it. Friends, family, and even waiters and waitresses will make comments or give me a look like I just committed a crime.

A lot of people think cooking a good steak well done “ruins” it, but I’m the one eating it. If it’s cooked the way I like it, I’ll eat the entire steak and enjoy every bite. I’d rather do that than order it the “right” way and leave half of it on the plate.

Honestly, I often have to send my steak back because there’s still too much red or pink inside. I know that red liquid isn’t blood and that myoglobin contributes to the color, but I simply don’t like the taste. To me, an undercooked steak has a metallic taste that completely ruins it.

I don’t care if your steak is rare, medium rare, medium, or still mooing when it hits the table. Eat it how you like it. If I’m paying good money for a steak, I’m going to have it cooked the way I actually enjoy it.

Why do people care so much about how somebody else likes their steak?
