The scene in the image is from: Baby Reindeer (Netflix)
The way the dad says this so quietly with eyes full of tears just shatters my heart.
What are your picks for scenes that make your stomach drop or leave you just sitting there stunned?

Penelope (2006) I used to watch it every single day because somehow it was on a random local tv channel in my country back in the day. I love it lol but every time I told people about it no one really knew it, weird considering it was a good cast! Same deal with A Home Of Our Own (1993)

The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air replacing Janet Hubert with Daphne Maxwell Reid halfway through the show was a disaster. Not only did they look nothing alike, but it genuinely felt like they were playing two completely different characters
Twilight replacing Rachelle Lefevre with Bryce Dallas Howard was a mess. Everything about it felt wrong. The vibe, the acting, the hair. None of it worked.

For me It's a tie between Harold Perrinneau's Mercutio and Matthew Lillard as Shaggy in the Scooby Doo movies. Both are so good in their roles. Matthew was so good, he actually became the voice of the character for a while.

For me it's probably Enchanted and The Princess Diaries. I know the concept was to make her wear a modern dress compared to the fairytale inspired dresses she used to wear but I feel like this dress is an absolute disgrace. It honestly looks like a sock to me 😭 not gonna lie they could have let her wear something nice, like the costume design in this movie was magical. In the Princess Diaries they get rid of Mia's curls. They could just styled them better.

Case in point Ben Stiller - calling out Variety for trying to bury the Sinners movie two days into its release. He had no skin in the game but he called out what was happening.

Pippa Middleton at William and Kate's wedding, for me. I think she's pretty, but I never understood why she became worldwide news.

and don't even get me started on tim mcgraw's blinding veneers. what are we doing??
i went in with incredibly low expectations and i'm still disappointed

Brad Pitt getting run over in 'Meet Joe Black'. Even funnier now that we know what Brad is like as a person.
